Teacher: Hello! Today we learn about things in the house.

Amina: What is that?

Teacher: It is a chair. You can sit on a chair.

Ali: Where is the table?

Teacher: The table is next to the window.

Amina: I read a book on the bed.

Ali: I use a spoon and a plate when I eat.

Amina: Where is the lamp?

Teacher: The lamp is on the table. The phone is on the table too.

Ali: Is the door open?

Teacher: No. Close the door. Please put the cup on the table.

Amina: The fridge is full. I need a cup.

 

Short story

Sara lives in a small home. In her room, she has a bed and a lamp. She puts her book on the table near the window. In the kitchen, she takes a plate, a spoon, and a cup. Her mother opens the fridge and takes out some milk. Sara sits on a chair and uses her phone to call her friend. She closes the door and looks at the window. It is a quiet day.
